Hi Irsa, that is awfully long time not to have any information whatsoever (It's almost 2 years !!!! :o). Do you have a file number or UCI so you can check the ecas? I know it's not reliable but it should say something. I would suggest you contact Vienna ASAP to see what is going on. Good luck.
