hi i was in same situation ,but i found an employer who applied for lmo.So first try to find an employer.If your occupation is in new fsw list then you can apply and you dont get AOR before your pgwp expires, then only you cant work or get new work permit.So before pgwp expiry apply for fsw...

hi if you get call from service canda means they took ur file for processing . if u have submitted those documents then within 1 week u should get LMO mine was also nov and got around jan 2nd week thanks

mine is in IT field and applied nov2013-got call first week of jan 2014 for changing wage and then after 1 week gt lmo i applied for workpermit end of december and was on implied status, but luckly got lmo during jan and lastweek gt my workpermit also extended for 2 more years.

Hi in my case after gettng call frm servce canada my employer changed the wage and then took 1 week to get positve reply.

Hi The details about ur work experience can be provided in the lmo cover letter. I provided the letter wit my application. Its important as far as i thnk becoz it will prove that ur the best fit for the position

Hi I applied few months back in toronto and got positive lmo. To get it on time ur employer shd be in good compliance. If they provode complete documents and wage as shown in workingcanada , i thnk u will get it soon.

my employer contacted service canada today..they told under processing and ask to call after 3 weeks .. :(.

hi U can apply for WP extension with LMO file number..just apply week before your WP expry.. do paper application ..then you will get atleat two more month implied status .. I am on the same situatn on implied status waitng for LMO...hoping for the best

hi I have the signed copy of my wp application delivery before the expiry of the current status ,fees payement slip .will that be fine.I think I have to wait for 1 more month..otherwise no payslip, implied status everythng gonna make it complicated right? thank you so much

hi I am about to complete my 1 year experience by january 2nd week .In the first month employer paid cash and no pay slip ..Only from feb i started getng pay cheq.Can I use that 1month experience for CEC???..I am worried as my lmo is under processing and applied for work permit extension...

hi, i am also in the same stage .When I talked to consultants they are saying median wage is needed not low wage. .But I dont think even the canadians are getting median wage for specified positions,Then how can foreign workers show median wages and its always above 20$ for high skilled job. :o
