what you mean that they investigate my employ

By 'investigation', it means that they're taking extra time to do a more in-depth analysis on your employer's documents and possibly requesting more and more documents in order to ascertain whether their need for an LMO is genuine.

Hi to all,

Does anyone receive LMO from the previous application November 2013?
Cos i am waiting for 18weeks now since the last week the Canada services asked for additional document to be authenticated from my embassy.

Yes, I have the same understanding.

My LMO was approved. NOC Code is 6471 Live-in caregiver for Disabled adult, province is British Columbia. Feb 18 2014 was the time when my employer fax her paper to CIC and got a positive response and approval on March 5. On March 7, CIC courier the LMO to the address of my employer but up to this time we are still waiting for its arrival.
