Did you call the CIC call center. My friend did not receive any updates from CPP-O but when he contacted CIC call center he got the PPR in to 2 to 3 days time. You should do the same.

One of my friend who was a July 2011 applicant called CIC on Monday as he did not receive any updates from CPP-O by Feb 28. They told him that they will call him back again and on Tuesday he received a call from CIC that all checks r complete only wife's medicals have been sent to the medical...

And most of all its luck..........even if you do everything on time........delays or CIC'e negligence can still effect processing of your application.
