# 14 on checklist says photocopy of ur marriage certificate** **also he only has one original birth certificate which i just sent in along with his application* oh well...not like i should start getting up in arms from now cause lord knows its gonna be a long ass wait as it.

should i have include the original marriage certificate then??

i filed my tax return this year claiming my hussy, then got a letter last weekn indicating i owe to from GST/HST as a result of change in status....unless i was able to explain otherwise in form of written letter, which i did, explaining im sponsoring him, he has no money, and no SIN#, period...

i just really hope they dont sent it back for something a simple as my sloppy writing..everything was typed out except for imm 5490, ..i attached all supporting documents for everything form... past 2 years of Notice of assessments, employment contract, letter from employer, letters and pics...

whats the difference between the Im5443 check list , and the IMM5491......?? I already know to include his checklist...but as for mine...i was going with the 5443......but do i also need to include 5491??

will we get his original birth certificate and marriage certificate at the end of it all?
