Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

Sorry near123 if my post made you confused. For medical assessment purpose, the medical documents of in-land applicant are going to RMO (Regional Medical Office) in Ottawa, not to CPP-Ottawa. So I think our primary VO is still CIO Anyway, good luck with your medical exam! Congrats prtime...

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

OK. As far as I go through the DMP handbook, all medical reports prepared in Canada go to one location, Laurier Ave. West, Ottawa. No CIO Sydney address was found on the list (total 8 locations in the world). This address has been used for long time (at least for 6 years) so the all DMPs should...

Mine has an exact mailing address. There might be several patterns!? :o

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

The mailing address should be found in your medical instruction. My case, the form does have CIO as an office but the instruction says “medical reports and X-ray must be sent by the Panel Physician to RNH-Ottawa”. My doctor seems to send the documents automatically to Ottawa since he told me...

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

Hi bradders, Make sure once again and tell your doctor where your medical documents have to go. Some may get Sydney not Ottawa. Just in case. Have fun! ;D http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/search-results/-t92359.0.html;msg1764024;topicseen#msg1764024

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

Then most likely you are going to get 2nd AOR plus MR from CPP (or CIO, maybe?) via e-mail. Unfortunately, we can't find a specific VO in the letter. My 2nd AOR and MR did not tell exactly which VO is mine (probably others too). It is just saying "use CIO for your communication". However...

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

I agree with naer123. If your application is being transferred to your local VO, it takes a little longer to get MR. But the delay may not be a big deal in the long run since your VO could process much faster than VO in Canada :)

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

I got my medical exam done. It was very simple and completed in about 3 hours. My doctor told me his client results are forwarded to Ottawa every Friday so I would hear from them in December if something is questionable in my results. :)

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

It will come via e-mail. You should get the exam done within 60 days of MR notice to avoid any delays. Hope this helps.

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

Hi, Yes, but mine says, "a visa office for further processing." Does not have "new" in the sentence. Hope you get 2nd AOR and MR soon! :)

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

Not in the 1st AOR. You will receive 2nd AOR with additional documents request (eg. medical exam) from your VO. I put "CPP-Ottawa" in my application but medical exam request forms came from Sydney, NS. I am in PNP category and am an in-Canada applicant so my case may not go to yours. Hope...

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

Hi All, Called several physician's offices to set up medical exam appointment. What I learned was that they do not do the exam everyday and the fee is varies from office to office ($100 to 175 per person). If you have a provincial health card, it would help to reduce the cost of X-ray and blood...

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

Hi bradders, There were two e-mails. One is “Do-not-reply” and the other one is subjected “Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (PNP)”. I am not sure if it is ok to put their e-mail address on here so I just say it came from xxx@cic.gc.ca. The message says, “your application is...

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

I can't say any positive things yet since I just got my cc charged. But it seems sending application without Canadian Visa would not be a big problem. I did enclose a cover letter stating everything, my personal info, passport #, nomination number, client #, excuses, etc, etc. They just do not...

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

Hi bradders and Mumay1829, I mailed my WP with a cover letter on Sep. 27th via snail mail and it reached to the office on Oct. 1st (they also returned me an envelope which I used and it has a received date on it). The letter from the office says, 3 October, 2012 "The attached documents was...

Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

Hi, I carelessly forgot to include my Canadian Visa (WP) in my application but my cc was charged yesterday (Oct. 23rd). No AOR yet. (I mailed my WP to CIC but they returned it to me.)
