I don't think it will work. My suggestion is to get either of these change..

One for thing - I don't think they are looking for 100% match.. as long as it's R&R are very similar to the one specified in 'NOC code' description it should be fine.

Again it depends upon roles & responsibilities.. 2173 and 2174 close match so pick the once which is closet

Even I remember it's written somewhere that if you have already submitted your IELTS score once then you can also send copies.. not sure though in your case as you are sending all the applications on the same time
