I Agree. I also have a lawyer that is taking care about my paperwork. CIC it's just following its timeline no matter how many times you call or get in touch with them.

My opinion .... CIC agents don't have a clue about timing because it's not depending on them, but it's depending by the CIC officers. CIC agents are there just to give you the idea that you can communicate with the CIC office, but in reality they're paid just to answer the phone and get time...
