To start a petition you need to be Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident, thus we need someone with the PR to create it .... Check the link

Looooooooooool Citizen or Permanent resident.... how ironic, the whole reason we are trying to start a petition.....
Unless someone knows someone willing to start it, I guess that's out the window..

I guess we can start , it just says Resident of Canada , NOT permanent resident of canada.
We all are residents of Canada only !!!!!
