Don't order new notes before they process your previous request. They might treat your second request as duplicate and just ignore it.

I agree with Jessica_chen. You should apply for passport asap. Even if they send you PPR today....they will give some time to send the pp in. Ask the people who got PPR, how much time they give to submit pp.

@AINP2014 My case went from CIO-S to CPP-O before Eligibilty, Security and Criminality were passed because I had sent my PCC to CPP-O. Do you know why they sent your case to CPP-O before those stages were passed?
