Its harder to find a job in Canada than in USA. The job market is smaller and the economy is going down as the Canadian dollar deeps below 77cents per US dollar. I can understand if you are moving for some other reason. All the best though.

I would say none. The more those days increase, the more time CIC buys for itself to process the applications. In fact if you've noticed, the date of applications being processed by submission date has changed by one day (from March 20 to March 21, 2015).
