Can I change my study permit into work permit in ontario if I have employer.?

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to change study permit into work permit. I'm studying in toronto. I have employer who want to hire me .right now I'm working part time. With the company through an agency.
Please give your advice and if it is possible ... how?
I am gradute in Food Technology.

Did you graduate in Canada? If yes, why dont you apply for a postgraduate work permit or LMIA WP.

Work part time until you finish studies. Studies will give points when you apply for PR. What job you doing there right now??

u need a LMIA based work permit.
