yesterday i accompagned my wife to do test at marriott hotel. it took maybe 3 hours and half to finish.we arrived at 12h45pm ,the exam started at 1h15pm ,finished at 1h45pm. but interview with officers took a long time because they call 5 or 10 persons at the same time and if you are last called...

for whom who wants the advice of a lawyer you can find on kijiji many lawyers who offers a service on demand with very low rates to prepare you to present the application and the way to be written

it's the same things as immigration application.you can deposit your application by your own and pay only the application fees ,or you can hire a lawyer or consultant and pay 4000 bucks for nothing. ;D

i heard that anyone can apply at the court of justice and deposit his case without lawyer and it cost 250 or 300 bucks. if i decide i will go to the justice court office and ask for how to do it.

if i decide to go to mandamus i will not hire a lawyer because it will cost thousands bucks ,but i will do it lonely.maybe it will cost 250$.

application sent february 2012 processed march 2013 RQ requested september 2013 RQ sent october 2013 waiting for exam . . . . . .nothing till now :(

My opinion is that the fast track citizenship process will be denied to your case and in addition cic can refuse or delay your application with RQ and JH because you intend to leave the country.

yes i traveled a lot.and it's my second application.i first apply in 2007 and had judge hearing in 2010 who denied my application because of 65 missing days and told me "you missed the train once ,don't miss the next :)"

i didn't fail.i didn't receive invitation to do test.

i was RQed also in summer 2013 but didn't receive any thing till now and didn't pass test :( i'm in montreal office

When cic sent me an RQ form it says that i must submit all information to let judge take a decision.is RQ means automatically judge interview? Thx

thanks dude, first time i applied in august 2007 and saw the judge in mid 2010 second time i applied in februry 2012
