CIC received my appl. middle of April but moved after that............so just want to receive the test book to my new address (updated with them)........yes, it is very strange that I can not access my file but was confirmed over the phone is in process status ::)

Just called CIC and my file was created at the beginning of this month however still can't access online.

Congratulation. Hope mine will appear soon, they received on April 12 but nothing on ecas yet.

Has anyone filled the application after April 12 and can access the ecas ?

Any updates for April 2013 applications? My appl. was received on April 12,2013. And just moved to an other province. Try to update online my address but can't. My case is not in the system yet. Called them and they said call back in 2 mo. :(.

Is it faster the processing time since they require the language exam? Applied in April 12, 2013
