    Not necessarily. I'm not sure if Canada and Ireland exchange background information like Canada and the USA. They may not know about her dui. When they find out, they might deny her. You need to figure out if it is equivalent to a conviction in Canada.

    I think admissibility is the same for all areas of immigration, including visiting. I would talk to a lawyer. They may not have picked it up. I am admissible because my deferred adjudication is Sinclair to a Canadian conditional discharge / pardon.
