But Nova Scotia has cap limit of 150 applications so it is very much difficult that if we apply now for nova scotia it would be within 150.

Shrini, I got your point. But my concern is if they will start accepting applications from Jan -2015 then we have to wait unnecessary.

EOI aus is taking more than 6 months to grant visa. and Degree evaluation takes more than 4 months so over all it is almost 1 year minimum. and if CIC will start EOI then they will accept applications in Jan 15 so it will take more time then current FSW. Thats what I think.
