seriously...i applied paper based....and got the request for medical on 10th of july.....jus waitin since then ....and i have no idea how much longer....i thot i wud have some news last week,.....but then nothin....and then on saturday found out about this strike....how depressing....now dno...

Ya....ppl have said around 15-20 days after the medical.....so keeping up that hope and waiting ::)

hey ....we did the medical after the applying for the visa and did not attach pre- medical....in this case the embassy will send you an e-mail or a post stating that your visa has reached the stage where medical is required and they will give you a link of panel physicians in ur state....you can...

hi from what i have heard from my friends who are studying there is that it is the same as the duration of your course....so yup another 16 mths

Yes even i have noticed that in the last week the speed has reduced....some ppl on this forum have said it depends on the province you are planning to go to and also whether you have applied to uni or college....im not too sure about that tho.... i have seen ppl wait upto 15-20 days not more...

Im going to GBC as well this sept....and i have a question regarding arrival and POE questions asked by immigration officer.... I am currently working in India and i applied from here....however my parents are in bahrain...and im planning to leave from there... so when they ask whr r u coming...

Me too....i did the medicals on 11th of July.....i also called the hospital to check whether they sent it and they did....now just waiting This wait is soooo horrible....esp coz i see ppl who have applied after me have received their visa....im happy for them....but still :'(
