I tried it but nothing got work. They have no online even when I send email to Ministry of Interior UAE they simply said we don't issued certificate to those who cancel visa.

Priya I am facing same issue. Basically I was residence of UAE until March 2015 and forget to get latest PCC I only have from 2014. Can I apply with that ?because I didn't get new until I visit UAAE
