Hope everyone fine on this forum, first of I thanks to management of this forum for help others via this forum and second those who really cares for others and help with their exprience.
let move to my problem, kindly read carefully and advice back I am too much worried.
I am Pakistani National and in 2011 move to UAE for job, with 3 different types companies I work till March 2015 and cancel my visa.
Got married in October 2015 ,gather all required documents as per requirement from CIC expect a police certificate from UAE.
It's being now 4 months I tried every sources embassy,constalate in Pakistan, my friend check on my behalf and visited Sharjah police dept they said he need active visa for it.
When I tried to speak ministry of interior UAE online on their website they said I can't take without active Emirates I'D mean without active visa.
Now I am in trouble and we didn't apply our file yet due this, here I need advice for seniors what to do ? We should apply without it with cover letter and send letter as I am trying to get job visa from UAE.
Another thing I am here mention that once in 2014 I get Police clearance certificate from Sharjah UAE for job purpose, can I attached it ? Because it's old more than year now and purpose was also job instead of immigration.
Or I should wait until I get police certificate from UAE, as per Pakistani applicant I need to submit my original education documents so if I submit original I can't take interview for job. But that's not priority, we need to apply ASAP because we already waste 4 months.
Kindly advice seniors according to situation what I have to do now ?

Note:if someone can help me to get UAE police certificate and know any way I will pay him his money.
