    It doesn't have to be but in that case it is and there is a question "When did you become qualified to work in this profession?" And if the master's degree was gained after the work experience it may not count. Just a thought.

    Accept it and if you are worried explain it in LOE, this way you're covered. If they reject your application you can always reapply with no consequences.

    He can't. There is a question for ECA reference number. If he doesn't provide one the profile will be ineligible. But he can start filling in the profile and add his ECA once he's got it and submit right after that.

    No, you don't. It's enough that you have a PR status. But if she quality for Express Entry and she has enough points I would suggest to go this was as it is much faster than Sponsorship route.

    If the score is equal or above the cut off of the draw they will receive an ITA. No one waits. Where did you hear about people waiting? I created my profile two days before the draw and got invitation straight away.

    You are absolutely right. It's just that there is no qualifying score, there is cut off of points set up by CIC different with every draw. There was a time I thought I have no chance for ITA because of low score but I entered the pool anyway and now I am waiting for COPR. Hence no qualifying score.
