Finally got a response from CIC 2 days back to submit the passports to local VFS office which I have done today.

Seems the CIC is acting according to its whim! Someone getting a response in few days and for others its stretching to multiple weeks! :'(

We all got the PPR request to send it to Ottawa office and I have now emailed them to undertake the printing at New Delhi office.

Folks got my PPR last week without the file getting transferred to Delhi despite of adding my wife mid way into my application and she residing in India. So I am not sure for all these scenarios the file gets transferred. Thanks and Regards

Hi RKS Thanks for your response and it seems to be logical. But I received a request for updated residential history the day of the due date for A39 check and it seems (from other forums) that VO issues the same only when medicals are the only concern before RFV. I am keeping my fingers crossed!
