ghatot201 Ideally, when E-cas changes to DM, PPR e-mail gets automatically generated. Apparently ours have reached some kind of glitch. I guess, it can only be rectified by manual intervention where case worker should initiate this e-mail. Now we can send pp without PPR mail, it’s dangerous...
