Yes, you are also eligible for BOWP along with your wife (once you get AOR, before your current WP expires). You can apply at the same time along with your wife. Go ahead and submit your CEC application as soon as possible to get AOR sooner.

Hello IrishgirlTO, Unfortunately you need AOR to apply BOWP. Once you apply BOWP ( before your current WP expiry), you will be in 'Implied Status' anc you can continue your current working conditions.

Yes to 'Open work Permit. I entered NA for the employer details. Instead of Leaving Blank ( it might give you error during bar code generation), you can enter Not Applicable.

Though , you apply for the same employer, you don't need to provide your employer details. Try to do it online, which is faster.

My employer is consulting company, so we work for different clients. That's the reason i mentioned as 'Clients'.

Hello, You don't need to include your Canada born child in the application form---the application is only for you and your spouse (and other non-canadian kids if you have). You need to provide your child's details in the 'additional family information form'. Also, please include his/her DOB...

Hello yahoo7, You don't need to worry about the format, I have seen in many places ( In canada), they write unit # and then street number...this is acceptable format here. 77 - 99 Street name -- no problem with this format.

Yeah...My employer applied for WP extension before my previous WP got expired...I was on 'Implied status' atleast for 4 months until I got my new WP. Thanks for your confirmation..so, my understanding is correct. Don't need to send anything regarding 'Implied Status'. THX___
