Child born in Canada - including in PR application

Hi,
My child was born in Canada and he holds Canadian citizenship by birth. I have couple of questions.

IMM 0008 Qtn.3 How many family members, including you, are in this application? : I believe its 3 however if I mention 3 do I have another place in payment where I specify I pay the fees only for two applications i.e. my wife and I?

Photo Requirements - Six photos for each member of your family and yourself: Do I have to include photos of my child as well? Logically it doesnt make sense but still checking if anyone has the same situation.

Hello,

You don't need to include your Canada born child in the application form---the application is only for you and your spouse (and other non-canadian kids if you have). You need to provide your child's details in the 'additional family information form'. Also, please include his/her DOB certificate copy and passport copies ( if you have, not mandatory) along with the application. THX______
