consider they want to draw 1000 people through the Express Entry, and the highest scored applicants in the pool belong to just one or two NOC's.If CIC doesn't care about the NOC's and they just care about the points (As they said),then they will draw a broad range of the people who belong to...

I meant the NOC's which are capped sooner (Hot NOC). it is obvious the NOC like 2174 has more applicants, so to be selected from the pool in such NOC's is more difficult. My question is in which NOC I have more chance (2174 or 2281) since I can apply for both of them?

2174 has always been the hottest NOC. According to current FSW program and previous one.

I can apply for NOC 2174 and 2281 since I have enough experience in both of them. Is it better to apply for hot NOC like 2174 or cold one like 2281? in which on the chance is more for getting ITA?

I meant CIC won't be closed on 31th Dec?
