    No it's not. You have to get the Legal Indian Marriage Certificate in English for submitting a spousal application. To get that one you would need the Arya Samaj certificate.

    I've used Canada Post XpressPost and it was successfully delivered. I've used this service a lot for other documents to other agencies too and it has never failed me ever (5 years in Canada).
