the reference letter(updated) suggests that they want a letter from the present employer, the letter sud state that u presently work there, ur job timings, present salary etc. god bless u.

hi tom, The letter they have sent is called procedure fairness letter, failing to disabuse their concerns will lead to refusal+40(1)(a) means inadmissibility for 2 years. I am gonna pm u for the rest of the matter. god bless.
