PLEASE HELP WITH ENGLISH
Kindly made necessary grammatical changes, where require, so that visa officer can understand what I would like to convey...thanks a lot in advance...

Dear Visa Officer,

I, xxx have applied for Canadian permanent residency in 2010. My file No: xxx and my case was reviewed by you on 15th March 2012.

I have received letter from you stating that you have awarded me the following points:

Age = 10
Education = 20
first official Language = 10
Second official language= 00
Experience = 21
Arranged employment = 00
Adaptability = 04 (wife education)
Total => 65

Whereas, no points were awarded for a relative in Canada (my brother is a permanent resident of Canada since 2007) and I sent his permanent resident card & our B-form copy (family registration) with my application.

Therefore, for your kind re-consideration I am sending you again his permanent residency card with other following supporting documents.

1. B- form
2. Most recent Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue agency
3. bank statements

I hope you will give your kind consideration to my case for re-assessment.

Thanks in advance.

Yours sincerely,
