As far as I know, some hinihingan ng vaccine cert during immigration sa landing but not all, but ang vaccine book, mandatory daw for school age kids, malamang until grade 12.

it's not mandatory sa SLEC Global, not sure sa other clinics, ang sinabi lang sa amin is that sa landing, they might ask for proof of vaccination of MMR. (although when I asked my cousin, who landed last year, hindi sila hiningan, pero sa school ng mga bata, kailangan ang immunization list)...

the nurse at SLEC global told me that MMR vaccines are for until 37 years old, older than that, we can just ask our family doctor what vaccines we need before leaving. Not sure why that age though.

Add ko na rin that only 1-37 years old lang ang for MMR , older than that, no need, (1977 and up pinanganak)

That's so odd nga, to ask you for IDs 2001 and up, that's way past 10 years na. What about company IDs? and then write a cover letter that you did you best to get IDs prior to 2001 but that was the only thing you have.
