I waited until MR then I sent a photocopy of old and new passport, with cover letter of explanation, sent it with the requested PCC and RPRF via courier, hope that helps.

you can either send your updated travel forms dun sa email na nakalagay when you receive your MR or you can include it with your RPRF if you're sending it via courier, with cover letter.

FYI lang. We renewed our son's passport during the wait between PER and MR, when the MR email came, we photocopied his old and new passport, wrote a cover letter explaining the renewal and sent it together with the RPRF and my PCC. Another way of informing them of the change. :)
