    congrats! naku, sinabi mo, I think kami yung isa sa mga pinakahuling nakakuha ng PER sa batch ng May 9, I think kasi we passed a lot of reference letters dun sa self-employed time, kasi pasok din siya sa NOC ko, so puwedeng dahil dun.

    Hi, yung sa tito ko na dineclare naming relative sa canada, walang birth certificate, what we did was use baptismal certificate kasi nandun naman ang name ng parents, naka PER na po kami, so I guess ok na yung Local civil registry BC :D
