just as long as it is valid for international use and you have enough credit limit, wala namang problema. What you can do is to call your issuing bank and tell them na may papasok na transaction of x amount in CAD, para may note sila sa system. Hope that helps.

Malamang hindi siya umabot ng 67 points with the 2 year diploma kaya rejected siya, if you achieve the 67 points even when ECA is just 2 years, I don't think they'll reject it.

iba iba e, pero based on what's happening now, mukhang less than 20 days (sila dbase kasi 20 days between PER and MR).

the COE, we got from HR, wala dun yung roles and responsibilities but nandun yung salary, hours worked and years employed. Yung reference letter, nandun yung detailed job duties which we got from the department which we belonged.

typically they would need the NSO copy, what you can do is submit both then write a cover letter explaining why you attached both copies.

no need to include the supporting docs if you don't have them, kami COE and reference letter lang ang sinubmit namin, no other supporting docs :)
