Well......4 days until I leave for my wedding!!! Getting nervous but excited at the same time. Only one problem. No lights on yet at the soon to be hubby's house...No lights mean no water!!! Looks like this city girl will be down in the gully at the river washing herself up! All i know is it...

just spoke to my soon to be hubby a little while ago. He was working in Ocho Rios and is stuck at the resort now. I guess that is a good place to be stuck right now. He won't be able to get home to KGN until about Friday and won't risk going through the mountains because of the police out there...

Just talked to the soon to be hubby....and he's let me know that everyone down there is getting ready for the storm :( They were doing reno's to the backyard for the wedding and laid concrete yesterday....I am guessing that won't be dry anytime soon. 11 days till I am down there and 18 days...

I have stayed at Jamaica Grande a few times...infact I have booked it for our honeymoon the week of Novemeber 11th :) That is where we met so It has special meaning to us.

Anada, check in to the hotel is 3pm....you can go earlier but your room may not be ready. As for the price....depending on when you are going it is becoming high season again. If you want to tell me the dates i can look around for you at the hotels in that area and let you know the hotel only...
