Maybe it depends from province to province . I talked to bc pnp they confirmed that pnp nomination cannot be extended. it expires after 6 months no matter what ... however, I doubt cic will reject any express entry pnp pr application if you have provided them everything they asked for..

its valid for six months only, after that it expires and you have apply again for the pnp... so basically they give you 6 months nomination only...
