No it does not work, only old file number and UCI is working. One thought may be they are transferring these files to PVO.

Dear all I do not think CIC staff is on strike, a day before i got mail for change of file number. Today i received confirmation mail for change in particulars, against my yesterday mail.

If BFD is changed what is it if 6 month forward? any idea. As per Caips my previous BFD was 27-10-2012.

I also received same type of mail like Arsh Ali received today.

On May 16, 2013 I received following reply to CSI, "Thank you for your Inquiry. We are aware that it has been 12 months since we have contacted you. We are currently dealing with a high number of applications. You will be hearing from us shortly". But thereafter silence...what should i assume..

No UDR received nor i received 18 months wait letter
