    sigh... what the hell they are doing behind... nothing is based on first come first serve... a bunch of Sep 2018 already got their PR card. Jan and Feb 2018 is still waiting !!!??? excuse me !?!?!

    Hope for the best !! A lot of Aug 2018 got their PR card even... I cannot believe cic is gonna put me in Security Screeing for another 10+ months. they barely did anything for the previous 16 months.
