Would you mind sharing why you received a fairness letter? You should receive it anywhere between 2 weeks - 4 months. The maximum time taken by CIC to review additional documents is 4 months

I tried making a payment with Debit Card but couldn't see a debit card option, hence i would suggest make payment using credit card as it was mentioned credit card to be used. Not sure if debit card will work

Did you complete the medicals ? and when? Did you get confirmation about receipt of medicals? does your eCAS show Decision Made? I hope its an attachment of passport request for you and your dependants.
