i never sent them anything yet but if you used the email they wrote in the AOR for contact it should be right. Im sure they got it but not always you get an answer, someone tried several times to before getting a response.

thats what mine says if i clicked under "App. received" : We received your application for permanent residence on May 22, 2012. Medical results have been received. Thats still from when we applied.....so i have no change at all, this been like that since we had sponsor approval, but for me...

But you had AOR in june and it hasnt changed yet? I would expect it to be changed by now..... What about monikita?

Bobbi i let you know when my ecase changes :-) but ya they are slow on updating but since i got AOR it must be a sign they look at it and thats good enough for now, although an "in process" would make me feel better of course.

No, no change for me, i checked now pretty much every day since AOR, its still "App. received/Med. received". But since i heard so often about them not updating it well anyway, i dont give it too much thought.

Im so sorry for you kiri :-(!!!!! I hope somehow theres a solution for it that you dont have to wait more, but get all together fast again and send it either way to loose as less time as possible. Congrats to peggyfran!!!!

My visa office took over a month (35 work days) to send me an AOR. I dont know how your office works, but 22 days arent much yet, give it a bit more time. Dont think they lost it.

A little step is better than nothing :-) I hope they pick it up again like they did before april, cause there applicants got their visas quiet fast after AOR.

Actually gemini1 received his visa in april, i check the january spreadsheet and i added it now to our spreadsheet, he just didnt update on here. ocanadaguy never updated anything since his sponsor approval, so marked him as inactive for now, so we dont get confused about him waiting still.

I dont know what you mean with notes though....you mean the website? Thats usually never really reliable. And i think you need to count the process from the day you get AOR from vienna.

The people that had AOR's in january have their COPR/visa already which didnt take too long, they got it between 1-4 months, and theres Gemini1 that had AOR in march and he seems to wait still unless he didnt update his info.....so now monikita and bobbi are next who had AOR in may and june.

I guess all together it means your file is processed normally, they havent requested anything in this 3 months from you....so i would say you should get your visa soon!

the people that got AOR in january (people that applied end last year) got visa's issued quiet fast in this 3 months periode, as i see it on the spreadsheet. I think arround march/april Berlin closed? and maybe that caused to a bit delay now too. I think 3 months they need to go through the file...

hmm interressting, i have no idea....but as it seems theres now some movement over all, it really might have been they had less officers working cause of vacations and they just werent able to respond to all emails, but thats a guess, not more. But its good you heard of them now....

yea you never know, i hope they see its fine and i hope as well i be there before christmas, the nicest would be if i could be with my hubby on his birthday in november already. But ya thats just my wish, it would be a big surprise if that happens, i dont expecy it really though.
