I received SA yesterday via email and it clearly stated "If you received this communication via email, please note that another copy will not be mailed to you."

Got SA today Oct 30th and file forwarded to New Delhi .Initially application was sent on Aug 15th but received a request to send updated form on Sep 9th . Updated Application received by CIC on Sep 16 . All the best to others!!

Hi , when you check status , do you enter last name and DOB of sponsor or applicant? I am the applicant and my husband has sponsored me. We are still waiting for SA , updated application was received by CIC on Sep 15

Hi Onemoretime, your updated forms were received by CIC on Sep 14 ? Yours and mine timeline are quite similar. I have not yet received Sponsorship Approval. My updated forms were delivered to CIC on Sep 16.

HOW do you check CIC ECAS ?

Hi .. Yes, they did email me 2 letters as well , one of which stated "they will return the application" but don't worry. They did not return my application. See the other document and Just mail the updated forms they need. You should be good.

They sent me 2 letters . One was a generic letter stating what versions should be there for each form. The other letter stated exactly the one form which was of version earlier than Aug and mentioned to send the updated form along with this letter. The generic letter says your application is...

Today evening we also received an email from CIC to send the updated IM1344 Aug 2014 version.

It clearly states " The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between April 1, 2013 and March 31, 2014"

Thanks! May be because I applied for TRV from USA. I currently reside in USA but I am an Indian citizen and chose NDVO for application processing. Hoping for the best! All the best everyone!

Hi, I had also applied for my TRV but it did not get rejected. I wonder why your trv got rejected. Were you married when you applied for TRV? I had applied for it before we got married.

As per the forum , that couple just got an email requesting just for the new updated form. Their application was not returned.Lets hope for the best!
