Yes ! Check New delhi 2013 applicants thread. Some people got call from NDVO to confirm saying their visas been issued.

@ Youtube : U dont have to send CSQ as r CSQ letter mentions that 1 copy of the same is fwd to the local office . N also if u see the CSQ we have CSQ 1 n 3 n we dont have 2 copy ! But still if u want to send Copy of CSQ with ur PP its fine !

@ gupta : Just out of curiosity how much time does the security n criminal check is reqd ? as we submit r PCC too !
