    Yes Kaska, you are correct. Based on my observation, NOC 2174 was filled up sometime between the last week of May and first week of June, so if you application arrived in July, then there is no hope for this year. Better luck in 2014 njedisonresident.

    Ptleo, I don't think it is necessary for you to do that. In my opinion, you local visa office has already done there checks, hence the reason why you got your MR and request for RPRF. You are good to go...just relax.
