CIC is slow in processing the cases, but they also have forgotten quarterly updation of processing time. Shows, how competent this department of Canada actually is. :P

Naveed I applied 3 days after you but my file is still in Ottawa. You are luck that your file has been transferred. I don't know why my has not been when even files of people of November 2013 and December 2013 has been transferred.

We applied in June 2013 and yet waiting for such response. It is cleared that CIC doesn't follow first come first serve. June applicants are waiting and August and December 2013 has been forwarded.
