They should be accepting it as it is. normally, best practices are to get translated and stamped from the notary public. They won't simply refuse it but will send you for notarized translation if required.

most universities take above 6.5 IELTS so you need to review some universities to see if any of them accepts it. otherwise you are ok for some average universities.
