that is quick, I am still hoping if that is for medical. One of the guy got the medical call like that, he asked for withdrawal and then he got medical. Did they sent you confirmation for withdrawal ?

most universities take above 6.5 IELTS so you need to review some universities to see if any of them accepts it. otherwise you are ok for some average universities.
