    I think normally she should give her employer 2weeks notice before she leaves ( my contract says at least 2 weeks ).so it is more professional if your friend can give her employer notice based on her contract

    Her employer is crazy ! Ask your friend getting all her document from her stupid employer and leave.they have no right to send your friend to anywhere!if they keep doing that ,your friend has right to complain them!
