Hey Humrabi, I received this email as well. After 10 days of receiving this email, I got a letter in the mail confirming that I was approved and my file was transferred to CIC-ISB.

It doesnt make sense why it is taking so long. They are supposed to make a decision in around 3 months from the date they receive your application. In this case, they will send you a decision letter by October? thats 6 months since you submitted your application. Why is it taking twice the time...
