I have the same issue, havnt been able to access ecase for a few days. This is a good question, are we not able to access the ecase because they have or are in the process of updating our profiles? Senior members, have you seen this situation before?

Hasnt gotten back to you in 2 months? At this point politeness on your end should go out the door. It is part of his/her job to do this for you. Ask him for a date when you can call him back, put a little pressure. You need to push him to get an update for you.

Timelines are determined from historic data. Our timelines will be determined by what CIC does this year. However, the new set of timelines are a good indicator of how long it will take, i.e longer than before.
