In my opinion there is some weight in the B to E theory. Mine file number was also changed from B to E. I also looked at excel sheet and majority of medical/pcc receivers got their file number changed.

Many many congrats bruv. In my view, LVO is trying to issue VISA within 42 months time frame. Now pray that this time period does not increase.

In my opinion, you should not wait and let children go to school. You never know whether they are going to take six weeks or six months or more. You know us waiters were told that process will be completed in 6 to 12 months and its more than 3 years. Rest decision is yours.

mise-a-jour is french for update, so nothing from french visa office as canada is bilingual country. I do not see the point of new file number if no one can access application status. Just another lollypop from CIC.

Is LVO is aware of the above situation? I think they have started issuing medicals to waiters. Who is the next lucky one, time will tell.

Thanks SMSH. The last CAIPS which I received at the end of last year, there is no mention of POF. I have ordered CAIPS again which I will get next month, hopefully. What in your opinion, will they ask for POF with Police Certificates.

I have driving license from a country which does not have reciprocal agreement with Alberta Driving License. Can I first exchange license to a country which has reciprocal agreement (England) before moving to Canada. Will there be any issue with this?
