Yes, whenever you order these notes, your file is captured instantly but you will receive it one month later.

It seems that the capture of my file is also done on Feb. 03 ( the same day as it arrived CPC-O ).

I received my GCMS notes which I ordered a month ago. The only information is the application was received at CPC-O on Feb. 03 ( PER was received on Jan. 15 ). By that time my application was not assigned to any officer for review. I have to wait more for medical.

Still waiting, one of my friends got MR early last week (He received PER on Jan. 8 ) but others who received PER late December are still waiting. :(

I have access to ECAS now. And guess what??? :o My application reached CIO on September 8. ECAS says they have received my application on OCTOBER 8 >:( This is why I was charged with 1 month delay. And no PER yet. I think I should go public on this. They have hired a bunch of kids to process...

I contacted him by email and described my case. You can do the same or call his/her office and set a meeting. Also prepare the new payment form. Good Luck.

Guys, Does any of September applicants have to ECAS? I was charged on Dec. 17 and no access to ECAS yet.

Hi drra, I had some similar issue. I suggest that you try member of Parliament. He/She will ask you to sign some kind of representative form so he/she can contact CIC on your behalf. Prepare the new payment form before contacting the member of Parliament.
