@ tayme, berry good to konw at least they are working on your papers.Hope to hear good news soon. @ The rest May applicants You can ask CIC call centre agents if your papers have been forwarded to an agent to assess if so, hopefully your OWP might be granted within 2 weeks.

Your husband cant sponsor her even though he is PR am i right? then you have two options. First option is to bring her here in Canada under your WP. The other your choice is to wait until you and your daughter will be granted PR under LCP.

CIC is working on applications received up to Apr25,2010, i wonder if Destiny got news from CIC.

Re:contarct worker status changing to LCP No, you have to mail your LCP application to Canadian Embassy abroad or you can go directly to the states at any Canadian Consulate or Embassy if you have US visa.
